General information

This aging is the emblem of Bodegas Perica. After a selected harvest from our farms, it undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and malolactic fermentation in French oak vats. It is aged in American and Eastern oak barrels for 16 months and in the bottle for at least 6 months after being released to the market.

Tasting Notes Perica crianza

Clean and intense color with cherry reflections. Red and black fruits. In the mouth it is powerful and harmonious. Tasty and meaty, it is a faithful exponent of this winery.

The bunches arrive in boxes at our facilities, where a double selection takes place: an automatic and a manual one, after which the best grains are obtained that will ferment in our French oak vats for five months.

Tasting Notes 6 strains red

 Clean and bright with violet edges that stand out over cherry red. It is presented on a noble nose, with Good fruit intensity of strawberries and peaches, freshness and light touches of wood well integrated. Easy and balanced entry into the mouth, expressive, fruity and silky texture. Fine and fresh tannins provoking friendly feelings. Long and persistent.

General information

Wine made from a careful selection of grapes of the Viura and Verdejo varieties from their own vineyards. After a light pressing in which the flower must is obtained, it passes to light stainless steel tanks where the grape skins are macerated with the must itself in order to obtain the maximum aromatic potential. Once this process has been carried out, the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in new French oak barrels, followed by aging on the lees for approximately four months.

Tasting Notes 6 White Strains

Pale golden yellow color wine, on the nose powerful, clean and fresh, very fruity first sensation with notes of pineapple and banana on a background of fennel, to give way later to notes of vanilla and roasted. In the mouth it is unctuous, fresh and long, where its fruity character stands out again in perfect harmony with the toasted wood.

Manual harvest in boxes. Selection of grapes from our facilities using ribbons and the most innovative systems. Alcoholic fermentation in 6,500 liter French Oak vats. capacity, where it will also perform malolactic fermentation. Aged in 225-liter Bordeaux barrels for 28-30 months combining new (225-liter) barrels of French Oak and Eastern Oak. Aged in the bottle for at least 36 months after being released to the market.

Tasting Notes Great parrot reserve

Ruby color with tile border. Intense and complex aroma resulting from long aging. Vanilla and fine reduction aromas (tobacco and fine leather) with slight notes of liquor bonbon.Tasty in the mouth, polished tannins and good length.

After cold macerating the grape skins with the must for 24 hours, this white wine ferments in new French oak barrels. After fermentation in barrels, it will remain in contact with its lees for three months before being bottled.

Tasting Notes Olagosa white

It has a good fruit expression with notes of pineapple and apple with pleasant oak tips, ripe fruit wrapped in the creaminess of a well-assembled oak.

General information

Wine made according to the traditional method of "bleeding" of red grapes, after having kept a brief contact with their skins for approximately six hours. Obtained the must, it ferments at controlled temperature, about 14P-15PC, for about 20 days in tanks stainless steel, after which they will have to link the normal stabilization and filtration processes prior to bottling.

Tasting Notes 6 Pink Strains

Pale pink in color with orange hues. Frank nose, where the notes of acidic fruit and citrus are subtly mixed. Memories of peach and raspberries. Good entry into the mouth, fresh and acidic but without edges. Elegant, it displays flavors of orange and peach that mark the aftertaste.

Bodegas Perica wants to present its new Wine “Sonrisa de Diana”. An excellent 2012 Reserve of selected grapes from vines over 60 years old, made in French oak vats and aged in French limousine oak barrels. But "Diana's Smile" is much more than a Reserve, since the funds obtained from its sale They will be used to finance the Study-Project against the "Malignant Melanoma" that is being developed by the CIBIR (Center for Biomedical Research in La Rioja) and the Carlos III University of Madrid.
