General information

Selected harvest in boxes of 18 kg that are cooled to 5º C for 12 hours before being processed at the selection table. Elaboration with a 40% of selected whole grape and trodden in the traditional way. The rest de-stemmed and crushed. Pre-fermentative cold maceration after which the grapes ferment with their native yeasts. The work with the hat is done without the use of pumps by punching. Malolactic fermentation in 225 L French oak barrels. After aging for 10 months, it goes to 2,500 L fudres for 7 months, after which it is refined in concrete tanks.

Proelio Strain to Strain Notes

Ruby red color with purple reflections, on the nose it is fruity, balsamic and spicy. In the mouth it is fresh, complex with well integrated wood and silky tannins. Long finish

General information

Selected harvest, each parcel is vinified separately adjusting the production to the need of each parcel. Pre-fermentative cold maceration after which the wines ferment with native yeasts at a temperature below 25º C to preserve freshness and fruitiness. Aged in 225 L French, American and Eastern oak barrels which ¼ is renewed every year. Respectful and little intrusive aging to preserve freshness and varietal typicity.

Tasting Notes Proelio Crianza

Very clean and bright ruby red wine with violet hues. It is very elegant and fresh on the nose, with aromas of berries, flowers and spices. Complex in the mouth and with the wood very well integrated. The perfect combination of renewed tradition, modernity and personality.

Tasting Notes Proelio strain to Garnacha strain

Ruby red color with reflections of low layer. The nose is elegant dominated by notes of red berries, Mediterranean herbs and dried flowers. The palate is vertical, fresh and mineral with notes of chalk and a balsamic background.
