Wine made from a careful selection of grapes of the Viura and Verdejo varieties from their own vineyards. After a light pressing in which the flower must is obtained, it passes to light stainless steel tanks where the grape skins are macerated with the must itself in order to obtain the maximum aromatic potential. Once this process has been carried out, the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in new French oak barrels, followed by aging on the lees for approximately four months.

Pale golden yellow color wine, on the nose powerful, clean and fresh, very fruity first sensation with notes of pineapple and banana on a background of fennel, to give way later to notes of vanilla and roasted. In the mouth it is unctuous, fresh and long, where its fruity character stands out again in perfect harmony with the toasted wood.

General informationOrigin Paradise exists, and it is inside a bottle of wine. Libalis is an enveloping tropical explosion that transports you to the wildest side of life. Vineyard: Organic viticulture vineyards planted in 1999 at Finca Zarcillo and Finca Mejorana (Calahorra). Lands with high salinity and concentration, and few kilos of grapes per hectare. Harvest: Automatic and nocturnal during the first week of September. Production: Cold maceration of the grapes for 6 hours. Fermentation at 16ºC in stainless steel tanks, once the wine is at 5.5 alcohol, it is cooled to a very low temperature stopping the fermentation and thus leaving a sweetly fruity wine with natural carbonic. When bottling, a light touch of carbonic is given to give it the desired bubbly point. Grade: 5.5% Vol.
Frizz Tasting NotesVisual Tasting: Very clean pale yellow, glyceric and bright, with very fine bubbles. Nose: Tropical fruit at will, a whirlwind of fresh grape aromas. Pazo Señorans, today converted into a winery, is a magnificent representative of the 16th century manor houses, built in the countryside with all the charm and lordship of bygone eras.The winery launched its first harvest in 1989. and the winery, initially owned by the couple formed by Marisol Bueno and Javier Mareque (now also in the hands of their four children, Marisol, Vicky, Javier and Santiago), began its winemaking career in 1989, although the cultivation of the vineyard was starts earlier.
