- Wine made according to the traditional method of “bleeding” of red grapes, after having had a brief contact with the skins (12 h approx.). The must obtained this fermented at a controlled temperature (14 – 15 ° C) for 15-20 days in small deposits of about 4000 litre stainless steel. Finish the fermentation process, the wine will remain for three months in new French oak barrels in contact with its lees. After the brief passage of wine by barrel, will take place the normal processes of stabilization and filtration prior to bottling.
- Crystalline appearance, displays an attractive and intense pink Strawberry with purplish. Very frank nose, pleasant aromas of red fruits like strawberries, raspberries and cherries very well integrated with thin toast and spicy notes as nail, result of the passage of the wine by the barrel. Delicious, creamy and fresh, leaving a host of memories in its passage through mouth. Balanced and with an amazing aftertaste of pastries.
