100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), mostly from very old vines -aged between 40 and 80 years old- coming from vineyards in nine different municipalities of the Burgos river and Valladolid riverside. The harvest is done by hand, in small boxes 15 kilos and carefully inspect, cluster by cluster, at the selection table.
Tasting Notes Aalto
Cherry red in color, on the nose it shows us red fruits with subtle notes of spices and hints of well integrated fine wood. On the palate it is fresh, with good density and volume, and the notes of licorice, coffee and tobacco appear on the back of the nose, always within the personality of the AALTO style. This wine has a smooth character and can be drunk from the first moment, as it is round, with balanced and enveloping tannins, showing good acidity.
