VINEYARDS OF PROVENANCE: BRIONS Average age of the vineyard, 55 years old, high density plantation. With glass pruning. Soils
clayey with deep gravels. Environmentally friendly sustainable cultivation and
following the natural cycles of the plant , with organic fertilizer and mechanical ploughing without use
of herbicides. Manual harvest and subsequent manual selection of bunches at the entrance to the winery
VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the bunches in vertical press. Static debourbage of the must flower during 48 minutes
hours. Fermentation in new French oak barrels for 28 days at 20 º C temperature.
AGEING: Fourteen months in French oak Bordeaux barrels. The first seven months with lees, performing
Battonage twice a week. Subsequent racking and seven months without lees
BOTTLING: Bottling with gentle filtration without clarification.
Traditional Bordeaux white bottles of 750 ml and 1500 ml. Natural cork of 49 by 24,5 mm,
Washing and sterilizing without treatment. Recyclable paper label printed with ecological inks.
Recyclable Tin Capsule. Fully recyclable corrugated cardboard box.
