When the grape reached the optimum degree of maturity it was harvested by hand with a meticulous selection and taken to the cellar in boxes of no more than 15 kilograms, where the clusters were selected to cover them with their own scrape and proceeding daily to a slight step before of the beginning of the alcoholic fermentation. After the beginning of the fermentation, in addition to the treading of clusters were made the necessary bazuqueos 18 days after the incubation was discovered and the wine was introduced in 14 new barrels of French oak from different forests, to achieve the aromatic complexity that characterizes it; the stay in cask lasted from mid-October 2010 until June 2012, when the wine was bottled.
