After 12 hours of maceration, the wine ferments for 20/25 days in small wooden tanks of about 2,000 liters at 18ºC. After two months of stay in wooden tanks, it stabilizes by cold, it is filtered and bottled.
Tasting Notes Aro
Very intense cherry red, closed bosom, practically opaque with purple tones.
Youthful appearance, very little evolved. Sensations of concentration and depth, with many nuances that will be expressed with aging in the bottle, which will be enhanced over the years. Fruity sensations dominate, with hints of red fruits and small wild fruits. ripened (blackberry, currant, wild strawberries), floral notes (violet petals) and minerals (graphite, iron).
Spicy notes of aging, cinnamon and black pepper. With the highly integrated wood that denotes a high quality of its selection.
Powerful structure in the mouth, with a body and firm tannins of great elegance and quality, splendid acidity. It gives a sensation of solidity without cracks and without aggressive tips, solid, with a great balance that provides a sensation of freshness. Tasty and full, with wide and complex memories of fruit, minerals and spices in the palate aromas.
Reproduces the sensations of the nose, but perhaps even more defined and sharp. A long, wide and elegant aftertaste.
