The Tempranillo variety with which this wine is made is 80% owned by the La Maquinilla vineyard,
The oldest of our nca La Planta; cultivated at 911 meters altitude in clay-lime soils,
with the limestone bedrock one metre from the surface, together with 20% grapes from vineyards
centenaries of pebble and sandy soils, from the area of the province of Burgos.
In mid-October, having reached the optimum point of ripeness, the bunches are harvested in
boxes of 15Kg, then will pass through a selection table and will be destemmed until its encube in
stainless steel tanks, where after a few days of cold maceration, they will ferment at a temperature of 1ºC.
A maximum temperature of 27ºC. 16 months ageing in barrels, 60% French oak and 40% American oak, makes it a very elegant wine,
