General information
Made with very ripe Ondarrabi Zuri grapes from a plot of our own vineyard and cultivated with an integrated production viticulture, respectful with the environment. This txakolí remained for 20 months in an ovoid concrete tank, where its lees (yeasts) move spontaneously continuously within an edge-free space and with the help of daily thermal oscillation between day and night. During this time, the wine is self-stabilizing and gains volume in the mouth, integrating the rest of the components, then going to the bottle with a reducing aging, which completes its refining.
Tasting Notes Astobiza Malkoa
Clean and shiny. Straw yellow color. Very intense varietal aromas, dominating the fruit, white, citrus and stone. Fresh in the mouth, unctuous, harmonious and balanced, long and persistent aromatic finish, with slight
notes of soft acidity and mineral notes marked by the cultivation soil.
