An exceptionally sunny autumn allowed to ripen and harvest a plot of vineyard of Izkiriota (Gros Manseng). With this demanding late harvest of grains intensely golden and carefully selected manually, we get this unique sweet wine of marked character
We also made a second selection on table, destemming and cold maceration prior to soft pressing, static mustasting of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature, inert, stabilized and microfiltration process.
It shows clear and intense citrus and honey-colored aromas, assembled with a perfect balance in the mouth, and a long finish, full of perfumes and sensations evocative of its place of origin. It manages to balance the acidity of the txakoli with the creamy sweetness of the late harvest.
