Azpilicueta crianza 2014
Wine 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 5% Mazuelo Manual Harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 25ºC. Maceration of approximately 12 days. This wine has been aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels, with mastery of American oak over French. It is aged for a minimum of 6 months in the bottle. Tasting Taste Cherry red color, good intensity, lively with golden sparkles. Clean and bright. The nose is perfumed where the fruit notes stand out, on a background of toasted wood and soft aromas of vanilla, coconut and spices. Ideal pairing to accompany sausages, rice dishes, vegetables, mushrooms, white and red meats. Serving temperature 12º – 16º C.
