Grapes of the Tempranillo variety selected by hand, grain by grain, using selection tables by vibration and weight. Elaboration separately in open barrels of 600 liters. Then the tear wine is separated, taking advantage only of the wine from the shelf. Malolactic fermentation and 22 months aging in new French oak barrels and extra fine grain.
Tasting notes B70 Baigorri
Intense cherry color wine, aromas of ripe fruit with mineral nuances. Maximum expression of BAIGORRI's own complexity, elegant, round and very balanced between the tannins provided by the wood and those of the grape. Very long and persistent finish.
