Tasting Notes Bagnifico blanco
Salmon in color with a clean and bright appearance. On the nose it has a young and mischievous character, with aromas of ripe fruit and refreshing acidity. In the mouth it is explosive, persistent and round. With a marked acidity combined with residual carbon that highlights its freshness. It pairs very well with fresh salads, fish, pasta and white meat.
