Red wine made with very old vines of low production. Grapes of the Tempranillo variety selected by hand, grain by grain, using selection and vibration tables. Long macerations and fermentations in wooden tanks. Malolactic fermentation, together with its lees in new French oak barrels. A tasting panel decides how long this wine remains in the barrel.
Intense cherry colour, aromas of compotted fruit, aromatic herbs, bread and figs. Sensations of macerated fruit, prunes, tobacco and smoked, licorice. Very tasty and round, balanced between the tannins of the wood and those of the grapes. Very long and persistent finish
