General information
Red wine made from very old vines with little production. Grapes of the Garnacha variety selected by hand, grain by grain, using selection tables by vibration and weight. De-stemmed unscrushed grapes macerated in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and long intracellular fermentations. The pumping of the musts is carried out naturally by gravity, using the submerged hat as an aid in the elaboration. For the final extraction of the wine a pneumatic press is used, then passing to new French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place.
Tasting notes Baigorri garnacha
Intense floral notes and red fruits, with great complexity and harmony of nuances. In the mouth it is unctuous, elegant, enveloping and has a great expression with a long and persistent mineral finish on the palate.
