Red wine made using bunches of Tempranillo grapes. Only old vines with a limited production are used. Long macerations in stainless-steel tanks and French oak barrels. Natural over pumping using gravity. Malolactic fermentation and 18 months ageing in new French oak barrels.
Highly-concentrated, dark cherry-red wine, aromas of black fruit and compoted fruit, species, dairy products and long retronasal sensation. In the mouth is elegant and well-balanced. Long and intense finish, persisting on the palate.
