General information

The white grapes of the "Viura" and "Malvasía" varieties with which we have made this wine, come from the highest and poorest areas of our old vineyards, where the aeration and heat stroke to which these strains are exposed, makes them produce its best fruits. Elaboration and aging: Fermented in new “fine grain” Allier oak barrels and then
Aged on lees in those same barrels for 28 months. In April 2016, a batch of 2,600 bottles was bottled, which since then have rested in the winery's bottle racks.

Tasting Notes Valserrano Blanco Gran Reserva

Yellow "new gold". Clean and shiny. Without moving the glass, intense linden honey nose, aniseed tones, wax and incense base. When shaken, fresh nuances of grapefruit with mineral hints, fine woods and fresh leaves. Tasty and friendly entry, with good freshness. In the passage of the mouth, fill the papillae with a mineral touch, leaving a sensation
friendly and long in the aftertaste. It will gain in complexity as time goes by in the bottle. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 12º-14º C
