Tasting notes Cair selection La Aguilera
Cherry red color well covered, maintaining violet tones in the rim. On the nose it is complex, highlighting the ripe black fruit, floral, balsamic and scrubland notes. Great balance between the primary aromas of earth and the most spicy aromas. The fruit and floral touches are typical of the La Aguilera area since the altitude and the location of the vineyards between the mountains of the Castilian plateau, facilitate good ripening and provide great freshness and complexity. In the mouth it is tasty and powerful, fruity sensations appearing, freshness, elegant tannins and a great final persistence.
