Elaboration: Harvest done manually. Vatting in tanks of 30,000 Kg. in which controlled fermentation takes place and subsequent maceration for 14 days. Ageing: The ageing takes place in American oak barrels of the second year for 18 months. It has remained refining in our bottle racks.

It presents a nose of great intensity, with notes of fresh fruit, such as berries or blackberries, sweet and warm notes of wood, and a very pleasant toasted background. On the palate: Full-bodied wine with a pleasant aftertaste. Tasty and of good acidity, with round tannin. Retronasal with sweet sensations of the barrel and a long end in mouth, soft and with toasted notes, and a light bottom of fruit. Marriage: It is easy to maridar with any type of meat. Grilled mushrooms. Some very tasty or fatty fish, such as tuna or cod. Emmental or gruyere cheeses. Good with rice with mushrooms.
