Tasting Notes Campillo Crianza
It presents a nose of great intensity, with notes of fresh fruit, such as berries or blackberries; sweet and warm notes of wood, and a very pleasant toasted background. In the Mouth: Wine with a good body and pleasant mid palate. Tasty and with good acidity, with round tannin. Retronasal with sweet sensations from the barrel and a long finish on the palate, smooth and with toasted notes, and a light fruit undertone. Pairing: It is easy to pair with any type of meat. Grilled mushrooms. Some very flavorful or fatty fish, such as tuna or cod. Emmental or Gruyère cheeses. Good with rice with mushrooms and mushrooms.
