This wine is made from grapes from our best vineyards in Rioja Alta. The date of harvest is determined by periodic analysis and tasting of the grapes, which indicate the optimum state of ripeness. After a careful selection in the vineyard and in the winery, the grapes go into oak vats where the alcoholic fermentation will take place. The devatting is carried out in new French oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation takes place and its subsequent ageing for 18 months.

Bigarreau cherry tone with ruby edge. Intense and complex on the nose. Fruity, spicy, toasty and cocoa notes. In the mouth, good acidity structure, elegant. Very long finish.
