This wine is made from grapes from our best Rioja Alta vineyards. The harvest date is determined with periodic analysis and tasting of the grapes, indicators of the optimal state of maturation. After a careful selection in the vineyard and in the cellar, the grape goes to oak vats where the alcoholic fermentation will take place. It is uncovered in new French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation and aging are carried out for 18 months.

Cherry red tone with ruby trim. Intense and complex on the nose. Fruit notes, spices, toasted and cocoa hints. In the mouth, good structure
and acidity, elegant. Very long finish.
