General information
Garnacha Blanca comes from the San Gregorio Encina estate, planted in 1980 with calcareous clay soils. Malvasía is selected from the Las Anchas payment of 1930 with alluvial, stony and sandy soils. The viura comes from the alluvial and ancient payment of the Lentisco, the stony San Gregorio La Tabla and the Santa María estate. With ages between 35 and 40 years. They remain in aging on their lees, which are removed twice a week, until after 6 or 7 months we decide to taste them, transfer them and take the wine out again. None of the wines will carry out the second fermentation, called malolactic, because we seek to preserve that acidity.
Tasting Notes Contino white
Yellow with slightly golden meniscus. Unctuous in agitation. Clean and shiny. Elegant and measured wood. Fine and dense tear. Nose with subtle contributions of yellow fruit, citrus and roasted nuts. Fleshy on the palate, it shows volume and unctuousness. Very good acidity and silky tannin. Fresh and fruity aftertaste.
