At temperatures of 28º to 30ºC for 8 days, after maceration for another 7 days, especially using hat punching technique, malolactic fermentation took place in second-use barrels (wrapped with the 2007 white) of 300, 400 and 500 liters, in the second year they passed into old barrels of 225 liters two years
Tasting Notes Continuous Garnacha
Great expressiveness of aromas, ripe red fruits, cherries and currants, with notes of menthol, camphor and minerals, spices and light balsamic tips. In the mouth it has a thicker texture with a sweet and unctuous entry in the mouth, fine tannins with good fruit load and wood, good persistence and a harmonious finish.
