Tasting Notes Continuous Graciano
High vividness and color intensity. Cherry color with purple reminiscences in the meniscus. On the nose its aromatic potential stands out, with ripe forest fruits appearing, with blackberries predominating, and also floral notes of violet intermingling with those from fine wood such as coffee, chocolates and balsamics. The palate has a powerful attack but with a smooth mid palate marked by a silky and pleasant tannin, which gives us a broad aftertaste that allows us to continue enjoying the wine for a long time. In the glass it evolves, expanding its aromatic variety. The pairing is very wide, ranging from mere tasting to any kind of meat, including game.
