Grapes that after destemming fermented in stainless steel tanks and that after a maceration of 15 to 20 days carried out the malolactic fermentation that refines the wine leaving it in its adequate acidity. It continues with a transfer to American oak barrels, 40%, and French, 60%, where they will remain for two years.
Tasting Notes Contino gran reserva
With an attractive red color, on the nose it is opulent, intense, of great complexity, where the black and red fruits predominate over the toasted aromas provided by a noble wood. The palate is powerful, persistent, balanced and highly polished, with a silky tannin that envelops the palate.
