Red a little more open than usual.
Nose:
Very fresh red fruit, even with some floral notes.
Mouth:
Maximum volume with lots of fresh red fruit.
Of good tannin still, something present but that is being polished with the stay in the bottle.
It is long with persistence of fresh fruit.
It has good acidity, it is sharper than the previous vintages but with sufficient wrapping.
COSECHA:
Average rainfall in the area.
The winter was quite mild, with no frost affecting the vineyard.
Spring was cooler than usual, especially in May when two frosts affected some vineyards, without much impact on the operation.
The cycle of the vineyard accumulated 10 days of delay due to the cold of May and June.
The veraison arrived 11 days late.
The final part of September and the first part of October was rainy and with mild temperatures, there was a risk of botrytis, but finally the harvest was healthy.
Year with an older profile, fresher wines and less structure.
