Golden yellow color with greenish reflections. Aromas of dairy toast, pineapple fruit, ripe mango, litchies, light notes of banana and franc. Fresh and unctuous on the palate, glyceride, with great structure and balance, ripe fruit sensation, pear, banana, pineapple, apple compote. Long and elegant post-taste, light toasted with a perfect balance between wood and fruit, with a very pleasant evolution of aromatic complexity of the result of its aging. ”
This wine is the result of the selection of four varieties of grapes, Viura 70%, Malvasia 20%, Garnacha Blanca 5% and Moscatel 5%.
The harvest has been done manually in boxes of 15 kilos. Squeezed, drained static and pressed without pressure, removing and separating the must bud.
The unstuffed has been made in cold and stainless steel tanks between 8 and 10ºC, with peculiar maceration, thus extracting a good part of the aromatic fraction.
Once the alcoholic fermentation begins, in stainless steel tanks, the remaining 80% is finished in new French and American oak barrels for about 45 days with daily “batonage”.
Its period of alcoholic fermentation and its stay in cask is about 4 months.
