Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to extract the freshest aromas (16º-18ºC) for 19 days until the sugars are exhausted. Subsequently and after a first racking of flocks (coarse lees), we keep the wine with the fine lees, putting them in suspension 2 times a week to extract fat that gives us volume. Finished this process we clarify and stabilize the wine in the most respectful way.
COLOUR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright. AROMA: Intense varietal aromas of white fruits with
Very pleasant herbaceous shades (fennel, thyme etc), with mineral sparkles. MOUTH: Dry, tasty with balance between fruit and bitter varietal touch, very round and greasy due to the work with the lees. Gourmand and tasty passage with fine and elegant finish due to its just natural acidity.
