The grape with which Solideo is made comes from vines over 80 years old, located in gravel soil, according to the traditional system of planting in glass, with very low yield. It is made with 85% from Tempranillo, 12% from Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% from Albillo and remains in barrels for 24 months, first in one and two-year-old American oak, and the last four months in new French oak.
