Manual harvest and selected in boxes of 15 kilos, second selection in tables of special selection in cellar, meticulous destemming. Fermentation in tanks of selected French oak of 2000 kilos, with temperature control. This fermentation lasts approximately 1 month and its subsequent malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels. It ages in new French oak barrels of medium plus toast for 15 months and rests in the bottle for 12 months.
Marked aromas of violet and ripe berries. The new French oak barrels of selected woods, provide clean coffee aromas, while the fruity aromas of Tempranillo are respected to the maximum. We recommend a service temperature of 14º to 16ºC.
