Manual harvest and selected in boxes of 15 kilos, second selection in special selection tables in the winery, meticulous destemming. Fermentation in selected French oak tanks of 2000 kilos, with temperature control. This fermentation lasts approximately 1 month and its subsequent malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels. It ages in new French oak barrels of medium toast plus, for 15 months and rests refining in bottle for 12 months.
Marked aromas of violet and ripe berries. The new French oak barrels of selected woods provide clean aromas of coffee, while respecting the fruity aromas of the tempranillo variety to the maximum. We recommend a serving temperature of 14º to 16ºC.
