Tasting Notes Dioro baco blanco
It has a subtle lemon color, with green reflections. Aromas with good intensity with fine toasted notes in the foreground, giving way to fresh and mellow fruit, pear, pineapple, apricot and citrus. Pleasant passage in the mouth thanks to its good balance, it will gain complexity with the passage of time in the bottle. White wine appropriate not only for snacks but throughout the meal. General informationThis wine is the result of the selection of four grape varieties, Viura 70%, Malvasia 20%, Garnacha Blanca 5% and Moscatel 5%. The harvest has been carried out manually in 15-kilo boxes. Crushed, drained static and pressed without pressure, removing and separating the yolk must. The stripping has been carried out cold and in stainless steel tanks between 8 and 10ºC, with peculiar maceration, thus extracting a good part of the aromatic fraction.
