La uva pro­ce­de de los vi­ñe­dos pro­pie­dad de la bo­de­ga en el tér­mino mu­ni­ci­pal de Grá­va­los, al sur de Mon­te Yer­ga en las es­tri­ba­cio­nes de la Cor­di­lle­ra Ibé­ri­ca a una al­ti­tud en­tre 700 – 800 me­tros so­bre el ni­vel del mar.

Una zo­na muy al­ta en la que se con­si­guen vi­nos fres­cos con po­ca gra­dua­ción, con aro­mas muy fi­nos y ele­gan­tes. La va­rie­dad Char­don­nay se ven­di­mia so­bre la se­gun­da o ter­ce­ra se­ma­na de Sep­tiem­bre, en el ca­so de la Viu­ra la rea­li­za­mos las dos pri­me­ras se­ma­nas de Oc­tu­bre.

Tasting Notes Dioro Baco extra brut

Wonderful effervescence with elegant flow of fine and persistent bubbles. Aromas of ripe fruit, nuts and honey. Tasty and powerful, dry and with good acidity, giving it a special touch of freshness. Persistent in the mouth and with a final honey flavor.
