El Nomada 2015

D.O.C. Denomination of Origin Rioja Red wine 14% 2015
13.80 Bottle 75 cl Tax incl.

Intense color and layer. Picota is not very ripe, with lilac rims to this day. Perhaps it has a colour that is unsuitable for such a structured and serious wine.
It was aged for 15 months in French oak. Bottled in April 2017. We tasted it after 8 months of ageing in the bottle. In the nose, the elegant toastings of the fine woods stand out initially. Green pepper and peanut are other aromas that identify our Nomad 2015. Leaving it to breathe, the black fruit and the aromas of liquorice emerge. A large bordeaux glass and good oxygenation are essential.
In the mouth it is fleshy and long, with good structure and acidity. Very elegant. A gastronomic and versatile wine for pairing. Depending on the profile, preparation and tastes of each taster or consumer, the ideal moment of consumption could vary. From our point of view this will be from the summer of 2018 onwards
