Esculle de Solabal 2010
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by a period of one year in bottle. Production: Vinification with whole grapes, after a 9-day intracellular fermentation,
the wine is separated from the teardrop wine, and we stay for the elaboration of Esculle with the repiso wine, which comes from the grapes that have remained whole but that have remained whole.
Tasting notes: Intense cherry colour, even with a very intense layer of colour.
Nose: In the nose, as always, it is sophisticated. Without moving, the earth, minerals and minerals are expressed with rotundity.
When we move we find liquorous aromas, fine herbs, hidden but persistent toasts, coffee, very expressive, with hints of curry as a finale.
Mouth: In the attack it has goodness, the passage of mouth is of race, with present but amiable tannins, something Atlantic, salty minerals, with memories to fruits.
ripe, but also understory, aromas in the autumn aftertaste, from home, burnt wood, long at the end.
