Elaboration: Vinification with whole grapes, after a 9-day intracellular fermentation, the wine is separated from the tear, and we stay for the production of Esculle with the wine from the store, which comes from the grapes that have remained whole but are broken by the pressure of two people who step on the grape and turn it inside the fermentation tank.
Tasting Notes Esculle de Solabal
Very intense ruby red color, with a garnet evolution on the edge of the glass, slowly evolving. Nose: Without moving, it is intense, full and open. It is resounding in olfactory expression. With aromas of black candied fruits. When moving, it is powerful, black fruits, lactic with a hint of sweet spices, cloves, highly integrated with nuances of noble woods, even coconut. Mouth: From the attack the wine lets itself be loved enveloping the palate.
Its entry is of well-filed tannins that give it a creamy sensation, its fruit also gives it zonal character, with hints of jams, dried apricots and figs. In the retro it is friendly and tasty.
