Characteristics  

It comes from a selection of our vineyards in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, with calcareous clay soils and a high density of plantation. It is produced only in suitable vintages.
Only with the use of native yeasts, the alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately 14 days, and the malolactic fermentation takes place naturally. It remains 36 months in American oak barrels of an average age of 4-5 years, receiving 6 rackings by the traditional method of gravity and decantation, and then rests in bottle for a minimum of 18 months.

Tasting Notes  Finca Iscorta

Intense ruby cherry color and orange rim, clean, intense and fine nose aromas, wide variety of aromas of chocolate and coffee combined with ripe fruit, touches of prunes and compote, finally in the mouth is persistent, round, balanced, velvety. Polished and tasty tannins, reminiscent of toffee.
