Harvest: Manual, between 18 and 26 October.
Varieties: Tempranillo (94%), Garnacha (3%), Viura (2%) and Graciano (1%).
Elaboration: Selection of bunches in the field. Two days of cold pre-fermentation maceration.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature for 6 days with gentle pumping over, and later.
maceration for 10 days.
Ageing: 22 months in 225-litre American (70%) and French (30%) oak barrels. Part

Tasting notes: Very lively ruby cherry. Well ripe red fruits (strawberry, cherry), with a certain
menthol background and discreet notes of wood (cocoa, pencil). A tasty, full-bodied red wine
medium marked by the freshness of the vintage and the protagonism of the red, smooth and crunchy fruit.
Its firm tannins will allow a good development in bottle. It is not a reservation to use: the character
