Made from Tempranillo grapes and other varieties, all of them from the vineyard of our Benedictine Monastery, planted in 1985. Raised for 18 months in new French oak barrels and then 6 months in 10,000 liter French oak “foudres”.
Tasting Notes Finca Monasterio
With an intense cherry color, the nose is dominated by aromas of fruit in jam and balsamic woods with hints of infusions and tea, coconut, lactic notes, cocoa and spices. The palate has a great structure, tasty, balanced and elegant.
