Tasting Notes Finca Valpiedra
Color: High intensity, cherry color and cardinal trim. Abundant, dense and stained tear.Nose: High intensity, with great complexity and elegance in the aromatic matrix, highlighting the mineral and red and black fruit notes, memories of incense.
All this together with the fine notes of wood from French oak, such as vanilla, cedar, blond tobacco and spices. Taste: In the initial phase of taste, it denotes an excellent smoothness and volume, developing a very fine tannic structure that makes it tasty. and fast.
The freshness provided by Graciano makes it more balanced with respect to alcohol, showing a very long aftertaste and a pleasant finish. Retronasally, the spicy, fruity and wood notes reappear.
