General information
Dominio de Pingus is a small winery located 30 kilometers from Roa, in the DO Ribera del Duero, where the precious wines of Peter Sisseck are made, where, due to its artisan production and low production, it allows them to strive for high quality of the final product. The secret of these wines is found in the old Tinto Fino vineyards that are grown in the small plot of five hectares and in a very controlled selection of the grapes, both in the vineyard and in the winery. , shelling the ripest grapes from each cluster.
The maceration and fermentation process lasts about twenty days, and then goes on to the barrels for malolactic fermentation and aging, in which the wine rests for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
