Florentius rosado 2016
I present myself as the typical claret from Cordovín, made with 80% Grenache grape and 20% Viura. Destemmed and macerated in cold during 48 hours, and with a light pressing, step to ferment to 17ºC in the deposit of stainless steel. My color is salmon orange, clean and bright. In the mouth I am very fruity, persistent and round, with traces of carbonic that highlight me natural freshness.
