This wine responds to the desire to go further in the search for the perfect wine, the one that combines structure, complexity and balance, the product of an exhaustive selection of grapes coming not from the vineyards but from the most suitable vines, those that produce three or fewer bunches naturally and with an age of more than 60 years.These grapes are harvested in small boxes at their optimum moment, controlled in a selection table and vinified in small tanks with controlled temperature, after their alcoholic fermentation they are macerated to extract their full potential. The resulting wine is transferred to new French and American oak barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation.
VARIETY 90% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano. Age of the vineyard: more than 60 years old. Maximum production of three bunches per vine.
WINE MAKING Grapes harvested in boxes. Double table selection: bunches and grapes, alcoholic fermentation in French oak vats, malolactic fermentation in new barrels.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH 14,5º.
AGING 24 months in new French oak barrels.
