La Montesa 2015
From Bodegas Palacios Remondo and Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin.
It is made from three different grape varieties: Garnacha, Tempranillo and Mazuelo.
The grapes come from vineyards planted at an altitude of 550 metres on the Finca de la Montesa. The grapes are harvested manually, and once in the winery, the grapes are destemmed and undergo a selection process before being macerated at low temperatures. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks.
Aging takes place in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
It has an alcohol content of 14%.
