95% Tempranillo and 5% Mazuelo.
Selection of grapes from the vineyards of our usual suppliers in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa between the ages of 10 and 20. Clay-calcareous soils, located on hillsides with good drainage and good exposure to the sun.
Manual harvest. Traditional vinification, crushed destemming.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 15 days, with continuous pumping over to obtain an optimum extraction of colour.
In mixed oak barrels (American and French) for 14 months, followed by 9 months of refining in the bottle.
