Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature with prolonged maceration to ensure adequate extraction of all the aromatic potential and tannins.

Tasting Notes Lan gran reserva

Garnet color very covered with ruby edges. The nose is dominated by notes of very ripe fruit, plum, figs, compote. All this wrapped in notes of vanilla, caramel, black pepper and smoked. It came with a good structure, with sweet and ripe tannins in the mouth. It has a lot of life ahead of it.
