General information

In the production of the Gran Reserva, Riscal uses grapes from old vines over 80 years old, from its own productions or purchased from local fixed winegrowers, once the wine has been selected to make the Gran Reserva
After the unification of the harvest, it is transferred to French oak barrels, where it will remain between two and a half and three years, plus another three years in the bottle before its commercialization.

Tasting Notes Lustau VORS Pedro Ximénez 30 years

Dark and opaque mahogany in color, with iodized rims. Overflowing with aromas of dried fruits, raisins and figs, with notes of roasted coffee. On the palate, notes of toasted caramel, liquorice, nuts and dark chocolate predominate. Complex and deep, with a very balanced final acidity that prevents it from being cloying.
