Tasting Notes Malleolus
Malleolus proposes, true to what was found in the 2014 vintage, a full-fledged and very direct wine from its inception, which reverses previous vintages that required more integration time. What are we going to find in our glass? an endless number of spicy aromas that appear with oxygenation, clove notes, fallen leaves, marked jamaica pepper and pink pepper, aromas of montebajo such as thyme, the freshness of eucalyptus also appears to increase the weight it maintains of its black fruit of excellent maturity. In the mouth it offers us a leap in quality by providing a very fine and elegant profile,
